Yes! I currently accept Aetna, Anthem EAP, BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna. I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits before our first session — things like deductibles, copays, and out-of-network coverage can vary a lot by plan. You can also inquire if your insurance accepts superbills for reimbursement if I do not take your insurance.

My standard rate is $130 per 50-minute individual session and $190 per 80-minute individual session. If you're using insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan and benefits.

A sliding scale may be available for clients who qualify — please don't let cost be the thing that stops you from reaching out. We can have an honest conversation about what's feasible.

That really depends on what you're working on and what you're hoping to get out of the process. Some clients come in with a specific goal and feel ready to wrap up in a few months. Others are doing deeper work and stay longer. I'll never keep you in therapy longer than serves you, and we'll check in regularly about how things are going.

Yes — I offer online therapy via secure video for clients located anywhere in Texas. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. Telehealth has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns, and many clients actually prefer it for the flexibility.
-
No, at this time I am only offering telehealth services.

It's a free, no-pressure phone call where we can get a sense of each other. I'll ask a little about what's bringing you in, and you're welcome to ask me anything about my approach or how I work. There's no commitment on either side — it's just a conversation to see if we're a good fit.

Life happens. I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as stated in your intake paperwork.
